Our Machinery Fleet
Using various machines such as CNC vertical machining centers, CNC horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, and universal machining centers, we manufacture high-precision materials in different sizes and quantities.
Project Design
After technical review and sample acceptance, pricing and a quotation are presented to the customer. Once approved, a contract is prepared and submitted for approval by both parties.
Design
The design and preliminary work for the product to be manufactured are carried out. The product is drafted in a computer environment in 3D, followed by analysis and testing.
Manufacturing
Before commencing production, we analyze the product's compliance with requirements using measurement equipment. Any issues identified during the analysis are addressed, and if there are no problems, we proceed to mass production.
Quality
The manufactured products are meticulously inspected at every stage of the production process to best meet the demands and expectations of the consumer.
